Sell2U is a peer-to-peer digital goods marketplace. All sales are between buyers and sellers. Sell2U facilitates transactions but is not a party to them.
Selling illegal content, stolen credentials, malware, or any items that violate applicable law is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
All payments are processed through the platform wallet. Top-up requests are reviewed by admins. Sell2U is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.
Buyers may open a dispute within a reasonable period after purchase. Admins will review and resolve disputes fairly. Decisions are final.
Sellers may request withdrawals of their store balance. Requests are processed within 24-48 hours subject to admin review.
Sell2U reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Sell2U is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
